When you book tickets on our website or via e-mail, you will be asked to register personal information. Name, telephone number, e-mail, and any other personal information that may result from the dialogue. This is information that is necessary for us to be able to fulfill the agreement we have with you.

You can subscribe to our newsletters if you wish to receive information and offers from us by e-mail. In order for us to send e-mail to the right person, we must register the name and e-mail address in our messaging system. In the messaging system, we will also be able to see if you open the e-mail, and which links you click on. You can easily unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter we send you.

We use cookies that allow our website to recognize your computer or mobile phone. The information that is logged is not linked to the visitor and can’t be traced back to you as an individual. The information is collected and used together with the analysis tool Google Analytics to better understand how our users use the website, so we can adapt the function and structure to make it more optimal for you as a user.

Everyone who asks has the right to basic information about how a business processes personal information. In this statement, we discuss what information we collect and how it is used. If you are registered in one of Valldal Aktivitetspark AS’ systems, you have the right to access your own personal information. You can also request the correction or deletion of incomplete or incorrect information. Your claim will be processed free of charge and no later than within 30 days.
